Soccer robots are special kinds of mobile robots and autonomous robots that are used for playing various variants of the game. FIRA or Robocop tournaments are the main events that are organized for these robots. Present participating leagues in the Robocop are Simulation League, Small size and middle size leagues, Humanoid league and four legged league. The Robocop Junior is for the younger enthusiasts.

Terminator is a qfix omnidrive soccer robot that is used in Robocop Junior. A dribbler and a kicker are included in the controller board and all of them are controlled by an Atmel controller. Programs for the robots are generated using GNU GCC compilers. The Graupner “RC-SOCCERBOT” developed by qfix is a platform for mobile robots and controlled by a radio controller. It’s a king of a toy that imitates soccer with ping pong balls. Experienced robotics professional can use C++ programs to program complex robots.
